The Ingreborne Valley Way (Route 136) connects Rainham and the village of Noak Hill via Upminster

The Ingreborne Valley Way (Route 136) takes you on a quiet route through the Ingrebourne Valley in the London Borough of Havering, through some lovely parks and green spaces including Dagnam Park, Hatter's Wood, Pages Wood, Gaynes Parkway, Hornchurch Country Park, Ingreborne Hill and Rainham Recreation Ground.

This route connects the north and south of Havering and is mostly traffic-free.
